COVID-19 safety at ICMS

ICMS is delighted to welcome visitors to Edinburgh this year. The welfare of our visitors and staff is of utmost importance.

Please note: ICMS is in Edinburgh and falls under Scottish Government jurisdiction.

All COVID-19 rules and restrictions have been lifted in Scotland. We want visitors to ICMS to feel safe and comfortable when attending events. Visitors are welcome to wear a mask if they want to. There is hand sanitiser throughout ICMS and we have a limited number of masks and LFTs available.  If any visitor should feel unwell with COVID-19 symptoms or test positive prior to travelling to an event at ICMS, please do not travel or attend the event. If any visitor should feel unwell or test positive whilst at an event at ICMS, please do not come into ICMS that day and please notify the relevant ICMS member of staff immediately. This helps to ensure our ability to live safely with COVID-19, respiratory infections in general, and other communicable diseases.

In addition:

- If we are notified of a case of COVID-19 within the workshop group we will let all delegates know as soon as possible and recommend that you take an LFT.
- If necessary, we will make arrangements for talks to move online for registered workshop participants only.

If you have any concerns or questions during your visit please speak to a member of the ICMS staff.
