A New Chair for the ICMS Advisory Board

Sir David Wallace, the current Chair of our Advisory Board, steps down in September 2022. ICMS wishes to appoint a new Chair to succeed Sir David. 

Responsible for oversight and promotion of the institute’s activities, the ICMS Board both advises and works with the Management Committee to develop strategy. The role of the Chair is to provide leadership, to chair and facilitate board meetings and advise on policy making. The Chair should bring impartiality and objectivity to decision making. The ICMS Advisory Board meets twice each year (in Edinburgh/online) with occasional ad hoc away days.
