The Structure and Classification of Nuclear C*-Algebras

 15 - 19 Apr 2013

ICMS, 15 South College Street Edinburgh

Scientific Organisers:

  • George Elliott, University of Toronto
  • Andrew Toms, Purdue University
  • Stuart White, University of Glasgow
  • Wilhelm Winter, University of Muenster

About:

This workshop focused on C*-algebras, the noncommutative analogue of locally compact topological spaces. It concentrated on K-theoretic classification of C*-algebras, topological dynamics and uniform perturbations of C*-algebras.
