Computational Optimisation in Action

 17 Jun 2016

ICMS, 15 South College Street Edinburgh

About:

Solving convex optimisation problems, whether generated directly or as sub-problems when solving non-convex problems, is the principal requirement in computational optimisation. Ever-increasing problem size is driving the development of novel techniques for solving convex optimisation problems using high performance computing systems. This workshop consisted of several presentations by leading researchers to promote an exchange of ideas to advance the state of the art in this area.
