The purpose of this workshop was to bring in researchers and practitioners with an interest in applications, optimisation models and algorithms in the energy industry. Targeted areas included power systems, risk, oil and gas distribution and extraction, global energy models, infrastructure planning, energy markets, stochastic optimisation, mixed integer linear and nonlinear programming, optimal and predictive control and complementarity problems.
