LMS Mary Cartwright Lecture 2019: Beatrice Pelloni

The next Mary Cartwright lecutre will take place at ICMS in Edinburgh on 5 April.

The lecture Nonlinear transforms in the study of fluid dynamics will be delivered by Professor Beatrice Pelloni, Heriot-Watt University with an accompanying lecture Numerical analysis of some long-wave models for surface water waves given by Professor Vassilios Dougalis (University of Athens)

The lecture will be followed by a reception. A dinner (venue tbc) will be held after the reception at a cost of £35 per person, inclusive of wine.

There are limited funds available to contribute in part to the expenses of members of the London Mathematical Society or research students to attend the meeting
