Section 3 |
Travel costsThe Organisers hope to reimburse the
majority of participants' travel costs. The costs are usually reimbursed after
the meeting (via Heriot-Watt University) by means of a cheque in the currency
of your choice, sent to your home or place of work. If this is not convenient
for you, we can reimburse you in cash (pounds sterling) during the meeting. (We
require a minimum of 2 weeks notice to arrange this.) Please choose one of the
