Workshop arrangements

The meeting will take place in the James Clerk Maxwell Building (JCMB) of the University of Edinburgh. This is within the Kings Buildings Complex to the south of Edinburgh City Centre. The talks will take place in Lecture Theatre C on level 3. The maps available here indicate the location of Kings Buildings and JCMB.
Accommodation
ICMS Staff are unable to arrange accommodation for those applying after Wednesday 23 April. Please see the Edinburgh Tourist Board or Smoothhound websites for help in finding accommodation.
Meals and refreshments
Lunch and refreshments will be provided at JCMB for the five full days of the meeting at a cost of £40.
The (optional) workshop dinner will take place on Thursday 5th June and will cost around 25 pounds.
Registration (No charge)
This will take place outside Lecture Theatre C in the James Clerk Maxwell Building, Kings Buildings, on Monday 2nd June.
