Workshop arrangementsVenueThe Workshop will be held at the headquarters of ICMS at 14 India Street. This house is the birthplace of James Clerk Maxwell and is situated in the historic New Town of Edinburgh, very near the centre. Facilities include email and rooms suitable for small discussion meetings.The ICMS travel pages show the location of India St and have links to pages with advice on how to get to Edinburgh and travel around once here. AccommodationICMS staff will arrange bed and breakfast accommodation for those who require it, at approx. £40 per night.Meals and RefreshmentsMorning and afternoon refreshments will be provided at the venue. Lunch will not be provided, but there are many bars and restaurants locally.There will be an informal Wine and Cheese Reception at ICMS immediately after the meeting on Monday, 29th. On Tuesday, 30th an optional Conference dinner has been arranged, at a cost of £20 (3 courses with wine).
