Meeting Arrangements
Accommodation
We have reserved single study-bedrooms (arriving on Saturday 7th, departing on Monday 9th) at Pollock Halls, a University of Edinburgh student residence just to the south-east of the city-centre. If you require accommodation, early application is encouraged as the reserved rooms will be allocated as the registrations are received.Participants are also free to make their own arrangements for accommodation and ICMS staff will be happy to advise.
Venue
The Meeting will be held in Lecture Theatre C, James Clerk Maxwell Building (JCMB), King's Bulidings, Edinburgh University. A bus will be arranged to transport delegates between Pollock Halls and JCMB.Edinburgh University Travel Pages have useful maps and travel information. Meals
There will be a conference dinner on the evening of Sunday 8th at Pollock Halls. The venue is now the St Trinnean's Room in St Leonard's Hall. Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis. The cost is inclusive of some wine.There will be a buffet lunch at the meeting venue on Sunday 8th. You are recommended to book this meal as there are few other options available in the vicinity of King's Buildings.
There is a charge for each of these meals as noted in the section on costs below. However, breakfast on Sunday 8th and Monday 9th at Pollock Halls is included in the cost of the accommodation.
Costs
The costs will be invoiced, in pounds sterling, prior to the meeting and must be paid at the very latest by the start of the meeting. ICMS cannot accept credit cards.| Registration Fee (Postgraduate Students) |

Financial Support
Postgraduate Students are also eligible for financial support for travel and accommodation. Please tick the financial support request box on the application form to be considered for this.Delegates chosen to give contributed talks will have some part of their local costs defrayed.
