In this paper we present a simple model based on the theory of reinforced Random walks coupled with Michaelis Menten Kinetics which views the endothelial cell receptors as the catalyst for transforming angigenic factor into protoeolytic enzyme in order to model the first stages of angiogenesis. We also remark on the role of other growth and inhibitory factors including angistatin.
